As your Buyer’s Agent I will:
• Find listed homes that match your needs and price range, and then help you narrow the options to the properties worth considering here in the Western Carolina Mountains. Additionally, I discover and share additional information on any listings that you find or I bring to your attention.
• If you're not a local, I can provide you with the inside scoop on schools, neighborhoods and more. Even if you're from the area, I can assist you with additional information about zoning or taxes.
• I will schedule home visits that work well with your schedule.
• After you've found a home you want to buy, I provide full-service attention with contract document preparation and will advise you on how much to offer and what contingencies to include in the contract, based on the property and an analysis of the market. I will explain the contract terms, answer your questions and walk you through each step of the process.
• During negotiations, I will be your representative and inform you of the seller's response to your offer and advise you on the next steps,
• I have a vast rolodex of professionals that I can refer you to, such as mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, inspectors and contractors.
• I will assist you with taking the stress out of your real estate transaction and help you weather the highs and lows of the homebuying process. In addition to being a major financial transaction, buying a home often gets pretty emotional. If you're feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, you can lean on me. If there's an issue with the sellers or negotiations become frustrating, I can help you keep calm and get the best possible outcome.
